Participation of representatives of the subjects of the Russian Federation
Due to the large number of applications, we are forced to set quotas for places and the format of participation of representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
Each region has a quota of the head of the subject
basic quota with personal participation of the head of the subject of the Russian Federation without registration fee: 1 "Premium" package (for the head of the subject of the Russian Federation) + 2 "Participant" packages (for categories: Deputy head of the subject/Minister of direction);
basic quota without personal participation of the head of the subject of the Russian Federation without registration fee: 2 "Participant" packages (for categories: deputy head of the subject/Minister of the direction).

The procedure for applying the basic participation quota
The heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation send to the organizing committee a list of representatives indicating the surname, first name, patronymic and position for participation in the Forum to the postal address: mail@energy-grp.ru
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Participants with the status of a speaker are not counted in the delegation’s quota;
representatives of organizations subordinate to the authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the subjects of the Russian Federation in excess of the established quotas, participate in the Forum on a paid basis;
In exceptional cases, the participation quotas may be expanded by decision of the Organizing Committee;
the expenses for the organization of the trip and individual transportation are provided by the sending party.
