PARTICIPATION OF Delegations from the Subjects of the Russian Federation — without a registration fee
Representatives of delegations of administrations of constituent entities of the Russian Federation are provided with a special quota for participation in the International Forum on Sustainable Cities. The quota applies to the list of delegation members in accordance with the official letter signed by the head of the region, his deputies, or relevant ministers of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation
EVERY REGION HAS THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE A BASIC QUOTE:

- 3 PARTICIPANT packagesfor delegation members sent to attend the business
* If the head of the region, deputy head of the region, or the relevant minister of the subject does not participate in the delegation, the PREMIUM package is not provided.
CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING A BASIC FREE QUOTE:
The quota is valid only for official representatives of the administrations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

To register for the event, please send an official application letter to the Forum Organizing Committee at mail@energy-grp.ru, indicating the composition of the delegation and the contact details of the responsible person, or fill out the application on the Forum website.

Important information
Participants who have the status of a speaker in the Forum’s business program are not included in the delegation quota;
Representatives of organizations subordinate to the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in excess of the established quotas, participate in the Forum on a paid basis;
In exceptional cases, the participation quota may be expanded by the decision of the Organizing Committee;
The expenses for organizing the trip and individual transportation are covered by the sending party
