Provide the Organizer with information about the company for placement in the exhibition catalog.
Provide the Organizer with information about their representatives and their personal data for registration of badges no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the start of the event.
Provide the Organizer with layouts for printing banner walls according to the technical specification provided by the Organizer.

To fill the stand (delivery of printing, equipment, etc.) for work during the exhibition.
September 17, 2025 from 18:00 to 23:00
To export your equipment and printing equipment. If the representative of the Exhibitor has not carried out the removal within the prescribed period, the Organizer shall release the area from the property belonging to the Exhibitor at his own expense. At the same time, the Exhibitor bears the risk of damage or loss of property during its dismantling and transportation. The Organizer shall collect from the Exhibitor a fine in the amount of 50% of the value of the contract concluded with the Organizer and additionally documented expenses related to the dismantling, removal and storage of this property, as well as expenses related to the extension of the Pavilion lease, if such an extension is necessary for the dismantling and removal of the Exhibitor's property.
In case of culpable damage to the Pavilion, as well as to the equipment or property of the Organizer, reimburse the confirmed expenses in full within 05 (five) banking days after the invoice is issued by the Operator.
Observe the following operating rules during the event:
When using audio equipment, the volume should not exceed 50 (fifty) decibels. The use of live music is prohibited. The use of lighting effects is prohibited. In cases where noise and optical interference lead to difficulties in the work of other Exhibitors and/or create inconvenience for participants and visitors of the event, the Organizer has the right to restrict or prohibit the holding of relevant events.
Observe safety, fire and sanitary regulations at the event. Provide a certificate of fire protection for all potentially combustible materials used.
Take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of their own personnel, the Organizer's staff and visitors, as well as the safety of their own premises and equipment, as well as the Organizer's, and other participants and exhibitors when working at the stand, as well as when importing and exporting their own property.
Independently settle any claims that may arise from third parties in the case of the use of copyright and related rights by the Exhibitor.
Coordinate with the Organizer in advance all presentation events, such as reading reports, screening films, and distributing advertising and other literature, held outside the booth.
To sign the act of acceptance and transfer of the rendered services within 05 (five) business days from the moment of its presentation by the Organizer; or to provide a written reasoned refusal within the same time; in the absence of a reasoned refusal to sign the act within 10 (ten) days from the date of the end of the event, the services are considered to be provided by the Operator in full.
