1. General provisions1.1. These Rules define the procedure for attending the Forum for Sustainable Urban Development (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), organized by the Limited Liability Company ENERGY GROUP (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
1.2. Attendance of Events is possible provided that the participant (visitor) is familiar with these Rules and agrees with them.
2. Granting admission to the visit2.1. The basis for admission to the Event is a badge — a distinctive sign containing the name, surname and name of the organization.
2.2. To receive the badge, you must present your passport to the operator at any reception desk located on the ground floor of the building (venue).
3. Rules for attending the Event3.1. The Participant is obliged to observe public order on the territory of the Event and the surrounding area.
3.2. The Participant is prohibited
- from bringing any types of firearms, gas and cold weapons into the territory of the Event.
- to bring explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, as well as toxic, poisonous and caustic substances into the territory of the Event.;
- to carry and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances on the territory of the Event, to be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
- enter the Event area with animals;
- enter the Event area in outerwear if there are working closets.;
- to travel around the Event area on bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other similar vehicles and sports facilities when attending the Event;
- to commit actions that may become: a source of threat to the property of the Organizer, participants of the Event and / or the venue of the Event, the life or health of people located on the territory of the Event; a source of obstacles or violations in ensuring the security of the Event;
- to apply inscriptions, paste up and distribute printed products, posters, flyers and other products of informational, commercial or advertising content, to conduct propaganda activities without the written consent of the Organizer;
- to organize and conduct unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, marches, picketing, as well as other uncoordinated promotions and flash mobs on the territory of the Event.;
- be in dirty clothes; with luggage, objects, products that may stain other visitors and exhibits;
smoking, including electronic cigarettes, in the building and in the open area, with the exception of designated areas.
3.3. The Participant is advised
- that if unattended items or suspicious objects are found on the territory of the Event, visitors must immediately inform a representative of the Organizer or an employee of the exhibition complex.
3.4. The participant must
- wear the event participant’s badge in the visible area.;
- get acquainted with the fire evacuation plan posted at the entrance to the Event area.
- In the event of an emergency on the territory of the Event, participants are required to comply with the requirements of the Organizer’s representatives and/or employees of the event venue.
4. Responsibility4.1 A Participant may be denied access to the Event or may be removed from it in the following cases:
- if there is no badge for the Event;
- if you refuse to undergo a personal inspection at the entrance to the building using a metal detector frame, including presenting your hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection.;
- when trying to enter the territory of the event venue with prohibited items;
- when committing acts that violate public order, as well as when begging;
- in case of non-compliance with these Rules and the requirements of the Organizer’s representatives in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
4.2. If a participant commits illegal actions, he may be transferred to representatives of law enforcement agencies to resolve the issue of bringing him to administrative or criminal responsibility.
4.3. Material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, venue of the event or participants of the Event is subject to compensation in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
