Participation conditions in the exhibition exposition with an exclusive booth (category A+)
Rental of unequipped exhibition space
Includes: providing space for the installation of an exhibition booth not exceeding 5 meters in height, general cleaning of the pavilion and security of the pavilion. Individual booth cleaning is ordered and paid for additionally, at the exhibitor's request.
Compulsory registration fee – 350 euro
Payable by all exhibiting and co-exhibiting companies.
Includes: charged from each legal entity/brand, even if they share one booth and are co-exhibitors. The registration fee includes: placement of information about the exhibitor in the official exhibition catalog distributed among the participants of the event, placement of information about the exhibitor on the official website of the event and the cost of the Organizer's working time and its expenses for the review of exhibitors' applications. In case of the exhibitor's refusal to participate in the exhibition, the registration fee payment is non-refundable

Additional information for Exhibitors
Pre-booking of the space is made only after the application has been submitted (the pre-booking period is 10 banking days after receipt of the signed application).
Final booking of the area is made only after signing the contract and payment of the invoice.
Payment terms - 100%
In case of termination of the contract for rental of the area, the amount of the registration fee of 29,000 rubles is not refundable to the exhibitor. Exhibitor's refusal from the exhibition space less than 2 (two) months prior to the event entails payment of a penalty to the Organizer in the amount of 100% of the fee for the unclaimed space.
Final booking of the area is made only after signing the contract and payment of the invoice.

- The Exhibitor shall carry out construction, decoration and electrical connection works by its own or contracted forces.
- The Exhibitor is obliged to provide the Organizing Committee with the design of the rented area and the coordinates of the construction company.
- The Exhibitor must submit to the Organizing Committee an application for electrical connection with the indication of the required power consumption capacity.
- The Exhibitor bear full material responsibility for the actions of himself or third parties (engaged by him for the design of the exposition) that caused damage to the property of the Venue Operator, the Organizer, Exhibitors, Delegates and Visitors, for extending the terms of installation and dismantling.
Company materials must be submitted until August 15, 2024 in order to be listed in the catalog.
All developers of exclusive stands independently pay a registration fee to the Event Operator in the amount of 350 euro. for processing documents and obtaining accreditation for construction within the exhibition site, strictly by August 22, 2024, if the Exhibitor applied for accreditation for construction later than August 22, 2024, an additional fee is charged from the Exhibitor for processing an application for accreditation in the amount of 350 euro. In this case, the registration fee for obtaining accreditation is 700 euro.
