The professional tour “City in Detail” is an opportunity to see modern office and residential real estate from the inside and understand what decisions contribute to the quality of the urban environment. Participants will visit completed projects and assess on‑site how the layouts, public spaces, engineering systems, landscaping, and services that create comfort for tenants and residents are thought out. Developers and project authors will tell how the concept was created, what challenges were addressed at the design and construction stages, and how the project is integrated into the surrounding development. The tour will allow you to compare approaches to creating office and residential spaces, see how attention to detail increases the value of a project and its market demand, and also exchange experience with colleagues in an informal setting.
